Every email passes through at least two verification layers — typically a catch-all-aware tool (NeverBounce or ZeroBounce) plus live-handshake checks via Hunter or Snov.io. Role-based, catch-all and risky addresses are flagged separately, so your sender reputation is never the cost of a larger list.

What does an ideal brief look like?

The tighter the better. Ideal briefs include: your ICP (role + industry + company size), target geography, list volume, deliverable format (CSV or Sheet), and any exclusions. If you don’t have all of this yet, we’ll shape it together on a 20-minute call.

How fast can you deliver?

A 500-lead Starter list usually lands in 3–5 business days. A 2,000-lead Growth list takes 7–10 days including enrichment and verification. Retainer clients get rolling deliveries on a weekly cadence.
